Paid Support?

is there any paid help/support for the guestbook. I would like to customize it adding different questions to it among other things... Basically I want to add about 8 different questions besides the name, e-mail, etc.. Please let me know if someone is available for this type of work and your rate$..

the above was obviously me btw. If all you want doing is to have 8 new questions adding then it should be simple. Are the outputted results to be text or images like the current AIM, email, ICQ questions?
