Did you fill in all the MySQL stuf?

Database Name
Host Name
Database User Name (user must have access to the database specified)
Database User' Password

As says the installation instructive they are all the data in my sql and modified config.inc.php.

The error takes place when executing admin.php

If you have cPanel you can assign a user to a database and then use that
username and the password that gives with that user.

What i said is the way to solve your problem.

Try changing the hte root bit to localhost the most common way unless
your hosting service have told you otherwise or you have specified one
thru cPanel.
