Pics missing????

Ne ways my web host's server took a dump on me and now I'm trying to get my site back in order. I've never used the guestbook before but noticed the one button install on cpanel and decided to take a look at it. Looked good and easy to add my template around it. BTW thanx guys! So after my webhost got everything back up and running when I go to the guestbook all the images aren't loading. Once I go into admin and logout (not changing anything) they are all back. But if I leave and return it's back to square one. I tried to delete the install and then repaired the book_data table from a backup. But that doesn't seem to work. I also noticed that in the browser it shows the images trying to load like this: http://img/whatever.gif So I looked in the code and saw the baseurl call and thought that there would be a place it was defined. I didn't find anything but when I run that "environmental variables" link it shows my main site name in there. Any help would be much appreciated.
