I want to increase the max file size to maybe 3MB. How do I do that? Thank yo.

Max file size of what? In what script?

I'll guess you mean guestbook in which case it's in the admin.

I forgot to say that I want to increase the image file size to 3MB. Currretly, it only allows 120KB.
