I have a website that has been hacked and I've done the reset of the password/username with the fix, but I still can't get rid of the damn page that idiot put up. What do I do?

Well looking at the correct link of http://www.weaveittolinda.com/book/ it looks like either you, or somebody else, has deleted every entry.

I found your guestbook in working order in the new directory - if you didn't leave the spam/hack attack on for too long, you might be able to get back-ups of your original MySQL tables from your webhost.
I ran a google search to check their cache for the original guestbook when it was under the comments directory. But it looks like the attack was cached which may mean that it has been there for more than a few days.
If you would rather not have google index or cache your pages, add the following to the header template.
Oh, and one more thought - adding the words "script", "meta" and "/css" (without the quotes) into your censored words list - Makes it a bit harder for the hackers/spammers to rescript your guestbook pages.
Be well and good luck,
