guestbook hacked - partially fixed but need more help

Using guestbook 2.2 for one of my clients. Found advice on this forum and deleted hackers entry in book_data . Now we get a screen that has eliminated the entry but is still messed up http://www.brainerdclassof79.com/guestbook/
What is my next step?

I have estored the original style settings but you need to patch. You can find the patch at www.carbonize.co.uk/AG

log on we were using will not allow admin privledges. test and 123 do not work. Please advise....

Well you've patched I see. was going to login and change the username and pass. Anyway download www.carbonize.co.uk/reset.zip and read the instructions. It is to reset the username and password.

have downloaded and opened reset.php but cannot determine where I enter new user name and password.
sorry....

run it as is to reset to test and 123 or edit the file to specify a new usrname and password.

installed reset.php with no changes

anything I enter returns "invalid password" including 123.

trying to enter admin area at guestbook "test" and "123" do not allow admittance

No on the reset script it requires you to enter your MySQL password. You can find this in your config.inc.php file found in the admin folder or ask your host.
