After installing with the boost option i'm getting this error when klicking onthe controllpanel link:

SQL: insert mod_lang_NL (phrase, module, translation, phrase_id) values (NULL, 'controlpanel', '?', 1424)
unknown error

Does this mean that the whole install of PHPwebsite is fucked up, because of installing this guestbook ?

If you downloaded from here then possibly. There is a version of Advanced Guestbook tat has been specifically altered to work in PhpWebSite as it required some altering to work.
