Login and password - Help me

Hi, I am a brazilian user and sorry about my english.
I have an advanced guesthbook on my website and suddenly my login and/or password isn't working...What do I do? HELP ME

www.carbonize.co.uk/reset.zip download this, extract file, upload to guestbook, visit in your web browser, insert your MySQL password, run script. Username now test and password 123

Thre is no other way?
My database has almost 100 entries and I've changed many things of the design.

It's a single file and it only resets the username and password.
