can't sign the guestbook

alright to start of I have AG ver. 2.3.1 i have recently installed an image verification mod. now, when a person goes to sign it and hits submit, the screen refreshs and does not post to the book.

You have an error in your addentry.php file. At a guess I'd say you changed it from to

One of the input fields does not seem to be valid.

What do I have to do?

You need to do the same thing. Update the templates.

Things have been fine - but suddenly today. anyone that wants to sign my buuk gets this error

Sounds like your add.class.php file has been deleted from the lib folder.

But I installed this from cPanel - it was an automatic, one-click install

CPenal has apparently seriously messed p in the latest version and 2.3.3 is not installing correctly. Simply download it from this site and replace all your existing files except the config.inc.php

I also get the error message that an entry field was invalid sometimes but I do not have that exact line in my template. Also, by saying we need to update the templates could you be more specific? I learned the hard way that sometimes one seemingly simple change will blow up the whole thing so I would rather not make changes I have to guess at. Do all the templates need replacing? If so how do I do that? I do not have this line at all: if (isset($HTTP_POST_VARS['gb_actiondetroit'])) I have one that is similar but the _VARS is not there and it ends as action not actiondetroit. Am I supposed to change that line anyway? Please help .... not an expert at all.

I'd have to look at your guestbook which is hard given that the homepage you have in your profile does no exist.

I havent been here in awhile and never updated my profile, doing that now. I did find another post with what seems to be the solution. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for your reply!
