Can't sign Book

Everything was fine - then suddenly today, no one can sign the book

I have got the same problem, so I hope somebody will come with the solution. Need some advice, yet again!!!!!!!

The error message says it all. No such file or directory. It's saying it cannot find add.class.php in the lib folder.
