I've installed Advanced Poll via Fantastico...I installed the code into my blog (WordPress) and I can get it to display with no problems. The problem is when a vote is submitted I get the following message?

404 Not Found
The requested URL /2005/08/28/notary-public-bonds/index.php does not exist.

What do I need to do to fix? I look forward to the feedback.

I don't get it. I see no poll... no vote button. All I see is one comment and a place to enter a comment.
