Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have had any problems of no longer getting emails letting you know of postings. I have not done anything or changed anything but as of today i ahve not gotten notice of any postings and there have been a few today.

Thanks

Check your ISP's or Mail Client's SPAM rules or Junk e-mail box in case they got labelled as spam.

a few months after I started using the guestbook, I stopped receiving emails. And they weren't going into a junk folder. But I didn't really care, so I never tried to fix the problem.

So, yeah, I have that problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

Hmm... Odd.

Maybe a PHP bug?
What version of agb are you running?

Yeah then odds are it's the email headers. Update to 2.4.1.

no worries. I have it set to receive emails when someone signs my gustbook. Been getting emails for months with no problems. In the last week, it no longer is sending me emails when someone signs my guestbook. I have no spam blockers so it's not getting caught up there. Really weird that it was working fine and no longer all of a sudden doesn't. I'm perplexed.

Possibly your host has disabled your mailing ability?

yup it's go daddy! grrrr it seems it doesn't like it when you use an email account not hosted on the domain the guestbook is on. So I just created an email on that domain to get the notifications and it works ok now.

Thanks a bunch for your help. I appreciate it.
