Getting server e-mail address instead of posters address.

Can someone tell me how to get the posters e-mail address to be sent to me instead of the server address for my site when someone posts to my guestbook?
When someone posts to my guest book and I get the e-mail I get somethning like this:

someone@linhost217.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net

How do I get their actual email address? Please help.

That's the hostname ie. info about where the poster came from usually used with a IP Address.

You'd have to get the e-mail addy and add it to the e-mail when the post gets processed by the PHP script.

Note - i may be talking rubbish atm ; )
