Hi there,
I've downloaded the Advanced Guestbook 2.4.1 from the free scripts page, and now it's on my computer. So far so good. What exactly do I have to do that I can view this on my webpage? It's no problem to upload html files and use javascripts, but how does this work with php?
I guess, this is a rather "stupid" question, but I hope someone can help me with.
Thanks,
Lia.

First thing you need to do is find out if your server supports php. If it does not then you need to find out if you have permission to upload your own version of php. While you are at it find out what server software your server is running, whether it is Apache or Windows server. then find out what type of database your server supports, such as mysql, or mssql. Oh one last thing find out what version of each of the above is.
Then you can report back here and perhaps someone can help you out better.
