Guest book crashed. Restored Backup. Did Repair.

My guest book crashed. I did a restore from a backup. Tried Repair. Still get same error message:

Check that the username and password in config.inc.php is still correct.

Information in config.inc.php is correct.

I should mention when I repaired the database it all came out ok, but still doesn't work.

Possibly the username/password you were using got deleted during the crash.

How would I restore this information. I reloaded from my computer the config.inc.php file.

Recreate the account the same way you originally created it.

It wouldn't let me re-create the account because it alread exists so I deleted the database and user and tried to re-install. Now here is the error message:
