Guestbook errors

I have transferred my domain to a new host and exported and imported all data, although all 397 posts and comments are in new guestbook. I now have the following problems:
1. None of the photo's are in view, albeit they are in the public folder etc.
2. When trying to add an entry I get this error -

MySQL Error : Query Error
Error Number: 1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

I am using Advanced Guestbook 2.4.1

Any assistance will be most appreciated

1 - Check that both the tmp and public folders have permissions set to 777 as well as the files they contain.

2 - Check book_data in phpMyAdmin and see if under extra for the ID field is says auto increment.
