Can get poll to work / warnings / fatal error

Hello,

Impresed by he possibilities, I decided to ga for this poll system. I managed to install the poll. However, using CMS Made simple, I get the following warnings

The code has been put in a user defined tag (that's the way CMSMS wants it):

I removed the code to forcome errors on the screen.

Could you please help me to get this working?

Made some changes and got a bit further, however, the following error occurs:

I definitly set the correct user in config.inc.php

Any suggestions why the user is apache@localhost

You didn't edit the include/config.inc.php file and add your database user info and password. That's why it says using password: NO
