Some people are desperate enough to post it by hand.

Its seems continue posting spam robot porn messages, I dont think it is posted by hand.

It could be a bug?

Some time ago I read that some hackers have found a way to jump the captcha.

On one of my guestbooks I did not add a picture captcha. It's a text word they have to enter. Ever since no more spamy, porny messages. But I have found on page 4 (they have 10 pages) I found comments under a guestbook entry with tons of those links. I deleted them but when I found another one I deleted the whole entry
Hope you find a solution!
