Advanced Guestbook user log In Screen

Hi - Can anyone help me to set up a user log in screen for Advanced Guestbook, I want every who want to post a comment will have to login with a user name and password, I want to make it more secured and the Admin ban user(delete), I have many insulting other people in my web and I want to stop it by having them to register.

What you're asking for is more like a forum than a guestbook. Closest thing you can do is require a password be given on posting.

Something like that? So How do I do that?
