advanced poll 2.0.8 textfile version (under linux)

Hi,

I installed advanced poll 2.0.8 textfile version under linux
I set all the permissions as requested in the readme.txt

but when I logged using the admin url, (pass ok)
If I try to click the icon => "change settings"
the script request me again the "login / password" and I put the
correct login / password but It redirects me
back again to the admin panel again... (without display the "general settings)...

what is happing ?

Give write permissions to the webserver on the configuration files.

just a bit crazy...

using firefox I got the problem...
using Internet Explorer, no problem, works fine....

the advanced poll has problem with session (cookies ?) in firefox...
what is the solution ?

A cookie is just a cookie. You have them enabled in Firefox?

no , the problem was another and now fixed...

works fine under firefox now...
