Advanced Poll wish!

First thanks for the great program, just what i need! With a lot of good features.

But, i have a wish!

I use also the view comment thing. So, the comment of a poll is displayed on my site. Is it possible to get the date in dutch with something like this

But my question is where do i put the setlocal function??

a great ide, but it's not working on windows systems
