add more entry...

okay.. here is the basic that come with the guestbook..
name:
web:
location: etc..

how do i add more if i want? i know it will be somewhere in the script.. but i don't understand this scrip much... any one can tips me on this?

ps. i really love the guestbook! i rated best one out there!

this is in the form... template... but i was unable to edit the text...

the example is to enter the company... i made this for my work!
