				<description><![CDATA[ is there anyway i can CHMOD the tmp folder if my server doesnt support CHMOD (something to do with it being windows nt) ...but one folder allows has world write access to it which is Perl...any solutions to this problem..thx my niggas]]></description>

				<title>CHMOD in NT</title>
