i just tested acess stat script on my private machine (mandrake 9.0). everything has gone smooth and fast. script is working so i decided to install it on server mahine (redhat 7.0)

but i don't know why it doesn't work

i looked to httpd-error-file and what i see?:

(2)No such file or directory : exec of /var/www/cgi-bin/stats/cgi/stat.pl failed
Premature end of script headers: /var/www/cgi-bin/stats/cgi/stat.pl

does anyone has ide what is wrong????
