i'm new at PHP , i do not know that much about it, so PLEASE HELP me

in the zipped file i found 2 folders (db) & (textfile) ....and each of them have its owen php,image,READ ME ...files

how to deal with them on my site?

Be sure to follow the readme files in each of those folders first as you also need to create a DB.
