I downloaded the addlinks perl, but i don't know how to change the first line to the links.pl.....#!/usr/bin/perl

How do you change the path to perl?
I uploaded links.pl into cgi-bin folder.

I tried edited like this......./usr/cgi-bin/perl.....is it correct?
