I've checked the guest_id and page_id files, IIS user has got Read/Write/Execute access to it, which is needed. What does the permissions on the guestbook.pl file have to be?

The url's in the .pl file are correct and I've read the readme.txt file on what changes to make...still, the application times out every time...please HELP?!!!
