Please assist /w Guestbook 1.5

I had my guestbook working fine, I have no idea what happened, but the script itself is working fine cause I am still able to log into my admin and do things. But I am appearently missing SOMETHING cause NOW when I try to add an entry into my book, I get this error message:

[b]Guestbook - Error[/b]
Cannot add entry to guestbook because the html tag
[i][/i]
was not found in some guestbook files.

Could anyone please assist me in tryin to figure out what it is that was done to mess my book up. I really like this script, and would hate to get rid of it cause I can't figure it out!
