That's what I thought, but when I tried to go to change my settings, it takes me back to the login screen. I log in with my correct admin and password, go to change settings, and it just takes me right back again to the login screen. It's a vicious cycle.

You will have to have a way to edit the mysql database manuelly, usually through phpmyadmin.
then you will just edit the admin user name.

or you can use this
INSERT INTO book_auth VALUES (1, 'test', '773359240eb9a1d9', '7d8b85294e2e060b83f596a4fc5561ce', 1047400380);
copy and past it into a file called admin.sql and import it into the database through phpmyadmin and it will reset the guestbook admin to the default
user name of test and password of 123
