Guestbook errors - PLEASE HELP!

I've managed to make a few problems here.

First I was getting errors in the Guestbook Admin:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jason/public_html/comments/lang/english.php:104) in /home/jason/public_html/comments/lib/admin.class.php on line 33

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jason/public_html/comments/lang/english.php:104) in /home/jason/public_html/comments/lib/admin.class.php on line 34

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jason/public_html/comments/lang/english.php:104) in /home/jason/public_html/comments/lib/admin.class.php on line 35

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jason/public_html/comments/lang/english.php:104) in /home/jason/public_html/comments/lib/admin.class.php on line 36

also, I was getting a similar error when I try to 'Add a Comment' to an entry. With headers already sent by:
lib/comment.class.php on line 152

The post still worked, but you got an ugly error. Others have had this problem and I tried looking for the fix mentioned on this forum, but I can't find any extra text before or after the <php> tags on my page.

So I tried re-uploading the pages that it said were responsible for the errors:
admin.class.php
comment.class.php

This was the stupid thing I think. And I failed to keep the original files.

Now I get a new error and the post does not work. Also I no longer can access the Easy Administration page. I get the same error:

MySQL Error : Query Error
Error Number: 1146 Table 'jason_agbook1.y' doesn't exist
Date : Mon, April 7, 2003 09:35:15
IP : 65.102.130.39
Browser : Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 9
Referer : http://www.jasonwebley.com/comments/index.php
PHP Version : 4.3.1
OS : Linux
Server : Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.0 PHP/4.3.1 FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_ssl/2.8.12 OpenSSL/0.9.6b
Server Name : www.jasonwebley.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
