Sometimes one really got to learn a bit... But, here is my call for help this time about the guestbook v1.5, downloaded today and works just perfect. Still have to adjust this and that though. I see no problem at all - only how do I add additional fields (for the addentry.html page and change the code in the guestbook.pl script without messing it all up?

Originally there are only: Name, E-Mail, Homepage, Message -
I would like to add in between more fields to enter for guests and have it in the following order appear on the addentry.html page:

NAME
E-MAIL ADDRESS
HOMEPAGE URL
REFERRED BY
PLACE/COUNTRY -PRESENT
PLACE/COUNTRY -ORIGIN
MESSAGE

It can already be seen at
http://www.austria-philippines.at/book/addentry.html
But it won't work since I did not do the necessary changes in the script itself, so, it won't write it.
I would greatly appreciate any kind fellow human in here helping me out here, perhaps with some example?
