This may have already been answered in another post, and if it has, i am sorry, but i cant find it/havent got the time to trawl through to dozens of posts, so i am going to post it again.

How do you intergrate the Forum & Guestbook into a site as it is on this site? Do you need to write the site the page in a certain way etc?
I am using identical versions to the ones on this site, and i would appreicate some help.
