Pictures-Strange Problem-Now you see it-Now you don't?

I have a real strange problem, I set up a family and friends site guestbook and enabled picture posting. However I cannot see the pictures but others can? So I poked around checking other guestbooks made with the same program. The guestbook on this main site for instance I can see the pictures no problem. Some others I visited I cannot see but from the text I know there are supposed to be pictures there. Other sites I can see the pictures just fine. Anyone got any ideas?
