Remove IP logging on Daily Counter

I am wery new on PHP.
I wonder how i can remove the IP logging feature in daily counter so that it registers a visit no matter if that IP have been there before.

Is there any classes or functions i must remove or can i just set a variabel to false or something or is it very difficult?

I looked around a bit and saw that I just can set the $found variabel in the is_new_user() function to 0.

where can I change this?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what folder or .php file
I can change the setting for recording the IP addres?

I would like to remove this also.

I really would appreciate the help.
