I'm guessing the site is hosted by Yahoo! Seems to be some sort of php conflict resulting from anti-spam policy. Had exactly the same problem, made the following changes and it all works fine...

Open the file [i]add.class.php[/i] in the [i]lib[/i] sub-directory, find the following (should be line 266)...

[i]$from_email = ($this->email == "") ? "nobody@$host" : $this->email;[/i]

replace [i]nobody@$host[/i] with your own (valid) e-mail address.

Save it. Test it & it should work. If not then
