I've tried several different ways to put a poll on my page. I have everything installed (through cPanel) and have done it so many different ways and can't figure out how to add it to my page. (I use Frontpage, if that matters). Any help on how to add a poll to my page would be highly appreciated.

Also - second thing. On advanced guestbook. Anyway to put my sites logo at the top of the page? Also, any way to make a different color background? (I would like to make it light gray for the whole page).
