				<description><![CDATA[ It seems that this is a permission issue. One common problem, there is .htaccess file in your folder. Check it by clicking "show hidden" file in your folder. If you find it, change its permission access (Chmod) to 755 (normal) or 777 and then delete it first before you deleting other files. If you don't find it, check Chmod of certain files or folders. If this is a lot work to do, delete files per sub-folders, you will find that which files that cannot be delete.]]></description>
