it seems as though the files are being corrupted during the ftp process.
below is the error message

guest/install.php' for inclusion (include_path='./:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I have been playing with these php packages for a while nuke,postnuke, phpbb , gcdb blah blah .
I can usually get them to work but error on line 1?????

i have installed the guest book in a folder called guest, as is, followed the install doc re data base settings and bingo error.
any help, or a jab in the right direction would be very very helpfull.
