Would someone be able to help me out, I've been through a lot of posts on this forum to try and solve this but I haven't found anything.

When I try to post a message on guestbook 1.5 it comes up with the error This page cannot be displayed. Then if I press refresh it just displays the .pl file in internet explorer!

I have chmod the files as required and I "think" I have edited all the files correctly.
