i need a php script which inserts the contents of a textfile in a mysql table.

why ?

i have a document manangement php portal,

we need to import users to this system.

for example

a textfile with ~50 logins, with one first password should be inserted in a database.

this users should be able to login to the system with login and pw.

then they can change their pw.

is there a free script to download ?
