				<description><![CDATA[ I know this is probably a basic question   <img src="https://proxy2.de/forum//images/smilies/2786c5c8e1a8be796fb2f726cca5a0fe.gif" />  Set up for advanced guestbook says when allowing visitors to upload images ....."To use this upload feature you have to turn SAFE MODE off in your php.ini."<br /> <br /> I do not know what or where php.ini is.
