WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

I went into the advanced poll installation and it didn't even say I had it installed, but all the files were there. I have read as much of this forum as I could before writing my own topc. Hopefully i have given enough info. My site just started and I am 110% new to script etc. Please, anyone, help me get me site back up to normal. I have registered users that will NOT be very happy once they notice the "change".
