$GB_PG["base_url"] = ""; /* e.g htpp://www.yourdomain.com/guestbook/img */(original) so i put the url as follows

$GB_PG["base_url"] = "http://www.rhoefman.nl/guestbook/img"; /* e.g htpp://www.yourdomain.com/guestbook/img */
