It's possible to create an action that open another page for a certain response for example:

Do you like this site?

Yes
No »» When cliked open another page and receive the vote

You cannot do it for specific answers withough hard coding some javascript into the script. You can however make it open a new page upon submission of the data by using the [b]target="_blank"[/b] attribute in the form tag as follows:
