i install top download on cgi-bin/topdl what must the chmod of this folder ?

i put a link like this for downloading

and its work its ok the number work in admin script

then in the same page i put this code to show the number of download

this files have been downloaded <script language="JavaScript" src="http://www.graphitoo.com/cgi-bin/topdl/stat_js.pl?stat=style1"></script> times.

but here he dont work, i cant see the number of download what must i do please
