				<description><![CDATA[ The problem with this is that I do not have the passwords for all registered board members. The phpBB encrypts them. Even if it did not I would have to manually add each new member to the .htaccess file, a cumbersome process to say the least. <br /> <br /> It would simply be easier to have a function to enable so that those who register to use the message board could then use the guestbook.]]></description>
