Advanced Poll Vote Problem!!!

Its a real good poll system i liked it. But im having a problem I just intalled and the installation was ok the CHMOD it ok. My problem is that when i vote and when i try to see the results it says 0 votes, and vote again and the same thing happens.

I m going to explain how my web is made...
I have the index.php and that page has an include to menu.php and i put the poll include inside the menu.php i dont know if that is the problem and i put this before on the menu.php and i tried to put the include in the index.php and nothing happens i doesnt count the votes

Just curious - are you teaching people how to defend themselves from hackers or how to destroy someone's web pages?

Its a site basically and how to teach people how to defend themselves about xploits, hakers, virus, its a web site in spansh because most peples from latin america doent have the knowloge about computers and internet some of thems doesnt know what is a virus or antiviurs, so we provide the information about all these subjects.

Telling them how a virus is made, how infects the pc, what is a hacker, how they get into other persons computers, etc... we dont teach how to hack, how to make a virus, how to hack web sites, we teach webmasters how to protect their sites.

The main thing is security..

Do you get any errors?
See if it works putting it in index.php.
Double check the paths and chmod's.

No i dont get any errors averything looks normal but i doesnt count the votes, i'll try puting it just in the index but there is any other way because i want the poll to appear in every page, and every page has an include to my menus so i need to put it in inside the menu..

and chmod are okey i checked them!!

Im using texfile because i saw database but i didnt know what was for, y saw every thing the same..

OK i installed the database version and is the same thing it doesnt count the votes, but i have a quiestion inside the db folder on the readme file doenst say nothing about chmod do i have to give chmod permision to the files inside the db folder?
