Poll Question: IP vs Cookie?

Currently my poll doesn't allow anyone with the same IP address vote more then once. How can I change this that is cookie base. So if someone has the use the same IP address they can vote on my poll. But I want it to be limited to per machine. I assume it would use cookies.

I don't want a person with the same computer be able to vote more then once.

What settings in the admin panel allow me to do this?

Greg
