receive after attempting to create the guestbook:

We are installing in
/home/viehweg/public_html/guestbook...

There was a problem with the install!

When I attempt to modify the existing listed guestbook
created (the above installed gbook), I get this
message:

When viewing the files thru WS_FTP that have been
installed, and comparing to the files downloaded from
the Advanced GuestBook site, one file is missing from
Direct Space installation..install.php. After manually
installing this file through the WS_FTP and accessing
it, I receive a screen "Advanced GuestBook Setup" with
3 buttons; "Create table", "Create new DB and table"
and "Reset". After completing the fields and choosing
the "Create table", I get this page and message:

Advanced Guestbook Tables were created successfully!

Your selected database: viehweg_agbook1
Your MySQL host: viehweg_agbook1
Your MySQL username: viehweg

Click now here to setup the guestbook admin...

This is where the problem lies, once I have clicked to
setup guestbook admin, I get a login page at this
address http://www.viehweg.org/guestbook/admin.php
no matter if I use the user name and password listed
in the "config.inc.php" file, or anything I attempted
to input, nothing is accepted. I am able to view the
guestbook and make entries as if I was the guest, but
as for the administration, can't access and no email
is received when guestbook entry has been made!

Please advise.

Make sure are the chmod permissions are set correctly.

Run install.php

Use the default username and password.

You may want to wait for Cardonize since he's the resident expert on the AGB.
