If not that, would it be possible to have an IP counter to votes process. Where within a poll
1/ you have to select one option and submit.
2/ the script then logs the IP address and allows you to vote 3 more times(or whatever amount is set in the admin section.)
3/ the option that was selected previously is no longer able to be selected, or it just doesn't show up.
4/ the results are not shown until all 4 selections (or whatever amount is set in the admin section.) are made.
